Bern is an experienced BAS agent, Bookkeeper and Business Manager with over 15 years' experience with Micro, Small and Medium sized businesses. Being a writer, she has a special understanding of the creative arts financial world and is especially passionate about helping both emerging and established businesses succeed.

Bern is the former Treasurer of YoWo — A not-for-profit group that runs a contemporary music program for young women and gender diverse teens in high school. She is also passionate about Financial Literacy with a focus on emerging artists.

Erin Crouch

Erin is a visual artist and qualified bookkeeper with a strong background in business management and grant services for the creative sector.

Erin holds an MFA from MADA, Monash University, and has exhibited work nationally. She currently serves as Treasurer of un Projects, a not-for-profit publishing platform dedicated to critical discussions on contemporary art in Australia. Erin is passionate about collaborating with clients to strengthen and sustain independent arts practice and organising.
